Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been provided, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days to reach most locations within Canada. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability, custom-made items, and remote or rural delivery locations, which may require additional transit time.

Currently the Courier services we offer are not able to ship to a PO Box offered by Canada Post, Please ensure shipping address is to the physical location where the goods are to be delivered. What is a PO Box in Canada? Postal Boxes – often known as post office boxes or PO Boxes – are locked compartments in a post office for receiving mail and deliveries.

We have four Distribution centers where all products are delivered out of, they are Quebec, Edmonton, Vancouver and Calgary. With four distribution warehouses, we proudly ship nationwide across Canada! Some Rural Locations are not reachable, please Contact Us if your location falls into that location. 

There is a Minimum Order of $75.00 Subtotal before Shipping Freight and Taxes for all Storewide items.  If you place an order that is under the minimum order, your order will be cancelled and you will get a refund within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank, however a small refund fee may apply to cover merchant processing.  

At this time we can only deliver direct to your Location from one of the four Warehouses with reputable and widely recognized shipping carriers.  If you would like to use your own Shipping Carrier, you may do so. See FAQ, Can I use my own shipping carrier for my order?

Yes, you may use your own shipping carrier. During checkout, please provide your preferred shipping carrier, shipping account number, and any shipping instructions in the order notes section.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm whether their selected carrier delivers to P.O. Boxes. All carriers used must be reputable and widely recognized shipping providers.

Yes, you can. Please state “No Signature – Leave Package at Door” and provide clear instructions during checkout in your order notes about where you would like the package left.

To ensure proper delivery:

Place a visible note at your delivery location so the courier can leave the package safely and discreetly.

If instructions are unclear or overlooked, the courier may leave a door notification directing you to pick up the package at a nearby location.

The notification will indicate how many business days you have to retrieve your merchandise. If it is not picked up within that timeframe and is returned to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.

Please note: One Source Industrial Supplies is not responsible for lost or damaged items when the “No Signature – Leave Package at Door” option is used, since no signature confirmation is required.

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a notification at the delivery address. Every effort will be made to contact the purchaser using the information provided at checkout.

The package will be held at a local pickup location for the number of business days specified on the notification. If the package is not picked up within that timeframe, it will be returned to our distribution warehouse.

Please note: If a package is returned to sender, no refunds or reshipments will be issued.

There is a Flat Rate Freight Fee of $15.00 for each order. However, handling or Extra heavy items including skid lots that are shipped to some Provincial locations are subject to heavier weight fees. If this is the case, a confirmation of additional freight will be sent to you to verify a completed transaction with details and or differences before shipment. 

Yes, our Webstore is available to purchase online orders 24 Hours, 7 days a week. However, all Orders are processed on Weekdays, if you order on a Weekend, Holiday or after Office hours of 9am-5pm, your order will be processed on the next Business Weekday.

For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on certain safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) items. This includes products such as respirators, masks, sanitizing products, gloves, and similar safety supplies unless deemed defective.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Items purchased under the Safety Supplies category are final sale and not eligible for return unless deemed defective.

All prices displayed on our website reflect the current standard retail pricing. For most products, these prices are accurate at the time of purchase. For businesses or bulk orders, volume pricing and special discounts may be available. If you would like to return a stock product, there is a re-stocking fee from the Subtotal. You may at any time within 10 Business days from the time we give you an Authorization Number and a Digital Label to Return the goods. All returns must be accompanied with the original packing slip and product information to ensure a proper credit. 

Returned products must be shipped at cost by you, the customer, in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.  DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX OR PACKAGE. Just use the Label Attached for Return Purposes that is supplied to you at the time of the Authorization Number. Once the product has been received and inspected into the warehouse address we supply you, we will refund you the dollar value minus the re-stock fee on the original method of payment.

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, however with proof at our discretion. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $60.00, you may want to consider keeping record of your trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE, RETURNING A PRODUCT WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED IF SHIPPED

Most of our safety products meet or exceed industry-standard certifications such as CSA, ANSI, OSHA, and NIOSH. Some products do not, if you are unsure, please read the specifications on the product page or  Contact Us for that answer.
